Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We currently offer standard shipping, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. 

 

Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

 

PlayMakeHer is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in transit. Please contact the carrier for assistance. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@playmakeher.com within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right. 

 

All sales are final.

• We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

• In the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

• Documentation such as photographs and a description of the issue may be required to facilitate review. Upon verification, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our internal policies.
